a.       155 Panorama Drive, Edward and Andrea Saliba

A variance to Ordinance No. 1106.02 Driveway Construction, to allow the  extension of the existing driveway and install a proposed 24’x30; parking pad/patio that will encroach 3’ into the required 5’ setback from any lot line.  The City of 7Hills’ Codified Ordinance requires that new or replacement driveways and parking pads be installed a minimum of 5’ from a side yard lot line.

b.       4050 Hillside Road, Frank Salvatore

A variance to Ordinance No. 998.03(c), Placement and Rear Lot Coverage; variance to 998.03(e) Detached Garages; variance to 998.03(d)(3) Accessory Detached Garage; and variance to 998.03(a)(1)(A), New or Existing homes, and 998.03(h)(6)Accessory Building rear yard location to allow the construction of a proposed 1,350 square foot detached garage 18’ in height and 96.8’ forward of the rear 30% of rear yard area.  The City of 7Hills’ Codified Ordinances require that a new or existing home have either an unattached or attached garage but not both; the proposed structure is required to be in the 30% of the rear yard; the proposed garage exceeds the allowed 15’ by 3’; and the proposed 1,350 sq. ft. building as depicted on the submitted drawings will exceed the allowed 800 square feet by 550 square feet.
