A 96 square foot variance to Ordinance No. 963.02(b) Accessory Bldgs or uses/Storage Shed, to allow the placement of the proposed 240 square foot storage shed 10 feet off the side yard lot line and 20’ off the rear lot line as depicted on the submitted drawings.
b. 635 Chestnut Road, Charles Romansky
A 4’ variance to Ordinance No. 1106.02 Driveway Construction, to allow the construction of a proposed driveway extension to the side of the home and the rear of the home as depicted on the submitted drawings.
c. 432 Hillside Road, Jacques & SJ Arsenault
A 41’ variance to Ordinance No. 997.03, Obstruction to View to allow the installation of proposed fencing 41’ forward of the rear building line as depicted on the submitted drawings.
