    a.         6143 Meadview Dr., Lea Colagiovanni

                A 15’ variance to Ordinance No. 997.03, Obstruction to View, to allow the proposed fencing on the south side of the home  to be 15’ forward of the rear yard building line as depicted on the submitted drawings.

    b.         802 Primrose Drive, Caliente Parrish

                A 96 square foot variance to Ordinance No. 963.02(b) Accessory Bldgs or uses/Storage Shed, to allow the construction of the proposed 240 square foot storage shed  10 feet off the side yard lot line and 20’ off the rear lot line as depicted on the submitted drawings.

                Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above. 

                The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance.  Thereafter,

                the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.
