Our Pool: With a lap swimming pool, a 94-foot-long water slide, 12 different water features, and 14,000 square feet of water fun, the Seven Hills Pool is the place to play. We offer programs from youth learn to swim, to lifeguard courses, water aerobics, and much more! There is plenty of time for laps and open swims, you can rent the pool for parties, or make it a wonderful day with your family!

This program is designed for ages 6 months and up. We offer a variety of different skill levels from pre-school to pre-swim team.
Fees: $50 Members | $60 Non-Members
Winter Session #1:

We offer an inclusive competitive swimming program for all ability levels ages five and up. In the Fall, Winter, and Spring we will have one swim meet a month. In the summer we will have five to six swim meets where we compete against other local recreation swim teams in the Recreational Suburban Swim League.

Winter Session #1:
Seahawks Swim Team: If your child can swim 25-yards/meters freestyle and 25-yards/meters backstroke non-stop, they can participate in this program.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Full Course:
The primary purpose of the courses in the American Red Cross Lifeguarding program is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to:
Prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.
Provide professional-level care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) professionals take over.
Fees: $225Members | $250 Non-Members
March Full Course – March 2nd, 9th, and 16th (This is a three-day course)
Day #1 & #2 from 8 am to 3:30 pm located at the Seven Hills Recreation
Day #3 from 8 am to 3 pm located at the Brooklyn Recreation Center
March/April Full Course – March 30th, April 6th, and April 13th (This is a three-day course)

American Red Cross Recertification Course: The primary purpose of a recertification course is to give participants who are currently certified American Red Cross Lifeguarding (Including Deep Water) the opportunity to review the course knowledge and skills within a formal course setting to maintain their American Red Cross Lifeguarding (including Deep Water) certification.
Fees: $125 Members | $150 Non-Members

American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Course: The purpose of the American Red Cross r. 24 Lifeguarding Instructor course is to train instructor candidates to teach the basic-level courses in the American Red Cross Lifeguarding program.

*Punch cards are good for 12 classes and expire after 8 months.
HITT: This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program eases joint stress while maximizing your muscle overload! 30 minutes is all you will need!

SilverSplash: Shallow water exercise for all skill levels to increase strength and cardiovascular exercise.
Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 am.
Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program: This program is specifically geared toward adults with arthritis or those seeking a no-impact workout and is held in the shallow end of the lap pool. All participants are instructed in gentle aquatic activities under the guidance of a certified Arthritis Foundation Instructor. Free to Silver and Fit!
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 am.
Low Impact Water Aerobics: Get a great workout without the pain! Low impact but high intensity!
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 9:00 to 9:45 am.
Cardio & Toning: Combination of cardio intervals along with strengthening and toning moves. Great for beginners and those with experience.
Tuesdays & Thursdays with Laura from 9:00 to 9:45 am. The evening class on vacation until fall!

Learn the basics of swimming in this adults-only class. This class is specifically for adults who want to gain confidence and proficiency in the water, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills. This class is ideal for those who have had limited experience with swimming. We will explore fundamentals of swimming techniques, including but not limited to rotary breathing, floating, kicking, and basic strokes such as freestyle and backstroke.
Fall Session #2 ($50 Members | $60 Non-Members)
Wednesdays Only November 6th to December 11th.
