Facility Rental Information

    • Our Gathering Room area is one large room that divides into 3 separate rooms. Each section can hold up to 50 people each, all three rooms combined hold no more than 150 people.

    • Reservations are made in 1-hour time blocks. Reservations must start 1 hour after opening and 1 hour prior to closing. All reservations must be paid for and the contract signed at least 30 days in advance.

    • Reservations are not accepted more than 180 days in advance of the event (excluding entire facility rentals) and no less than 30 days before the event, depending on availability. Credit card information serves as a security deposit and is due on the date that the application is submitted. Payment is due 30 days prior to rental. Failure to receive payment 30 days prior to the event may result in loss of room or charges applied to the credit card provided.

    • Reservations are not considered final or confirmed until full payment is received. Applicant must sign the Rental Contract. By signing the contract, the applicant acknowledges that the Renter is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations.

  • The pricing for the rooms at the recreation center are dependent on whether you are a member of the recreation center or not, as well as how many people you are looking for space for. Here is a breakdown of the prices:

    Member Pricing:

    • 1 Room (Holds up to 50 people): $40/hour

    • 2 Rooms (Holds up to 100 people): $70/hour

    • 3 Rooms (Holds up to 150 people): $100/hour

    The Patio and Kitchen can be rented for an additional fee of $20 each (flat fee)

    Non-Member Pricing:

    • 1 Room (Holds up to 50 people): $65/hour

    • 2 Rooms (Holds up to 100 people): $100/hour

    • 3 Rooms (Holds up to 150 people): $130/hour

    The Patio and Kitchen can be rented for an additional fee of $35 each (flat fee)

    • Includes use of one room and the pool for the entire rental.

    • Pool parties are offered in 2 hour time slots on Thursday and Friday evenings, or Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

    • The party room holds up to 50 people with 20 of those are eligible to swim.

    • Reservations can be made as early as 6 months in advance and up to 1 month in advance pending availability.

    • Cost:

      • Members (Up to 20 Swimmers): $130

      • Non-Members (Up to 20 swimmers): $190

    (Additional fees apply for additional swimmers.)

    **All children age 5 years and under, or if they are wearing a puddle jumper or life jacket must be within arms-reach of an adult at all times.**

  • Pavilions are available May 1st through October 31st.

    We have 4 pavilions available to rent as well as our gazebo on the corner of Broadview Rd. and Hillside Rd. Pavilions are reserved for the full day and close at sunset.

    Pavilions are located at the following parks:

    • North Park (up to 20 people) (Not the Lodge)

      • 2 Grills available

      • Beverly Nature Preserve, Playground, Fitness course, volleyball, (baseball fields at additional cost)

    • Calvin Park (up to 30 people)

      • Playground (baseball fields at additional cost)

    • Meijer Park (up to 30 people)

      • 2 Grills available

      • Playground, volleyball, handicap accessible restrooms, 1 tennis court, and 2 pickleball courts.

    • John Glenn Park. (up to 40 people)

      • Playground, bathrooms, 2 pickleball courts, 1 tennis court.

    • City Hall / Summitveiw Commons (up to 100 people)

      • Volleyball, bocce ball, walking paths, handicap accessible restrooms and adult changing room, (baseball fields for an additional cost).

    Rental Rates:

    • Resident Rate: $25 per day

    • Nonresident Rate: $50 per day

  • This new building is located at North Park, at the end of Rock Haven Drive.

    The lodge overlooks the beautiful Beverly Nature Preserve and has 2 garage doors that open up so the facility can be used as either an open pavilion or an enclosed space.

    Currently, reservations for North Park Lodge are available to Seven Hills Residents ONLY.

    • All reservations have 3-hour minimum requirement.

    • We use 6-foot round rectangular tables for all events.

    • The Lodge holds up to 65 people.

    • Rental Rates:

      • $50 per hour

      • Required $75 event cleaning fee

      • All parties with alcohol will require security at $35 per hour paid to security at the event's start.

City Hall Community Rooms:

The City Hall Community Rooms are available to rent to residents of Seven Hills for $25/hour and a minimum of 4-hours. Security is required for ALL rentals at City Hall. Payment to security is and additional $35/hour, paid directly to the security guard at the start of the reservation. Contact Taylor at TTomecko@sevenhillsohio.org for availability and booking!

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will be assessed a 10% fee. Cancellations made within 8 - 13 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 3 - 7 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 40% fee. All reservations cancelled with less than 72 hour notice will not receive a refund.
