Proposed project will be located in the City of Independence. Applicant is requesting water and sanitary services from the City of Seven Hills; modification of Lombardo Center North to accommodate truck deliveries.

c.             Ordinance No. 59-2023 – AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW CHATPER 998, ENTITLED “ACESSORY USE STANDARDS”, AS CONTAINED IN TITLE ELEVEN, PROVISIONS AFFECTING USE, STRUCTURE AND AREA, OF PART NINE, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEVEN HILLS, OHIO.

                Referred to the Planning Commission for review/discussion/suggested revisions.
