Please be advised that there will be a Special Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. There will be a work session at 6:30PM with the meeting starting at approximately 7:00PM. The work session will be in the Council Caucus Room – meeting in Council Chambers. The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss the submitted application from LSB Seven Hills LLC for the proposed amendment dated March 27, 2024 to the approved preliminary development plan dated May 2, 2022. NOBIS Rehabilitation partners will be in attendance to present the Cleveland Rehabilitation Hospital that is included in the proposed 3/27/24 amendment to the preapproved preliminary plan.
