An 640 square foot variance to Ordinance No. 998.03(e) Detached Garages; a 14’ variance to Ordinance No. 998.03(h)(5), Setback for Large Accessory Building or Structure; a 341’ variance to Ordinance No. 998.03(h)(6), Accessory Building Rear Yard Location to allow the proposed 1,440 square foot detached garage be 341’ feet forward of the rear 30% of the rear yard area and 6’ from the west side yard lot line as depicted on submitted plans. The City requires a detached garage maximum foot print of not more than 800 square feet, set back a minimum of 20 feet from any side lot line and shall be located in the back 30% of the rear yard area as measured from the rear property line.
b. 6841 Glenella Drive, Jenna Gorsuch
A 3’ variance to Ordinance No. 998.03(h)(3), Accessory Use Setback Standards, to allow the proposed 240 square foot deck to be placed 2 feet from the side yard as depicted on the submitted drawings. The City requires a minimum 5’ setback from a side yard lot line.
