Beginner's Yoga

Looking for a great yoga workout, but just starting out in yoga? Look no further! Those who want to try yoga for the first time or those who need a bit more instruction & slower paced class. We will connect our body, mind, and spirit through breath and movement helping to improve strength & flexibility.

  • Days: Monday Evenings - 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Fees: 

    • 5-Class Punch Card (Members): $40 5-Class Punch Card (Non-Members): $45

    • 10-Class Punch Card (Members): $70 10-Class Punch Card (Non-Members): $80

    • Heather's Punch Cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

All Levels Power Class

This class is high-energy, powered by upbeat music! Higher level balances, binds, & poses but will always give modifications for those who may need them. No one should be afraid to try this class! All levels are welcome!

Fit Happens (ALL INCLUSIVE)

Join us for a full body workout using weights, resistance bands, your own body weight, and exercise balls to sculpt and strengthen your body.  This workout targets all muscle groups to tone and develop your entire body, including your abdominals and mid-section.  Modifications are taught to make this an effective class for beginners to advanced fitness levels.  Debbie is also a certified nutritionist who provides tips and strategies to enhance your overall health and well being.  Join in and see how great you can feel!  

  • Instructor: Debbie  Days: Tuesday Evenings - 6:30 - 7:30 pm 

  • Fees: 

    • Punch Card: $42 for 6 Classes or $82 for 12 Classes

    • Drop-In:  $10 

    • 6- class Punch Cards good for 2 months / 12-class Punch Card good for 4 months.

Totally Toned provides 1 on 1 personal training programs designed to meet any goal at any fitness level.  Our Certified Trainers can provide the knowledge, accountability, and motivation to help keep you on the right track. Learn how to properly use Cardio, Nutrition, and Weight Training to live a healthier lifestyle. Now serving the Seven Hills community for over a decade, Totally Toned is the name you can trust with your health and fitness! 

Trim & Tone with Tanya

A unique, head-to-toe, feel-good workout combining cardio moves with resistance training and core work led by an AFAA-certified instructor. Every muscle group will be targeted and toned, even some you didn't even know you had! Modifications are taught so everybody can enjoy this fun and innovative class.

Pilates Sculpt With Tanya

Standing and mat Pilates exercises using light hand weights to totally reshape your body from the inside out. All muscle groups will be lengthened and toned, improving core strength and overall well-being. Modifications are taught. Beginners and advanced.

Stress Relief Yoga with Tanya

This class begins with a gentle yoga flow to warm the body including some light core work to strengthen the abdominals and back. It continues with deep stretching and restorative yoga poses on the floor, concluding with a final relaxation. The focus is on breathing and mindfulness to strengthen our bodies while improving flexibility and balance. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All levels and ages will benefit from this restorative class.

Zumba

Try this super-popular new program! Our instructor fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to help create a one-of-a-kind fitness program! Have a blast in this one-hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movement meant to engage and captivate life!

Zumba GOLD

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the popular Zumba dance exercise class that's designed for active older adults, beginners, and people with physical limitations

Jazzercise

The original Dance Exercise Phenomenon! Each 60-minute class is a blend of exercise with the fun of dance set to your favorite music! Classes meet at the Recreation Center in the Gathering Rooms!
