    Variances to Ordinance No. 991.06(3)(4) Front Yard Line Exceptions to allow the

    proposed 2,871 square foot single-family dwelling as depicted on the site plan to

    • Encroach 16’ into the required 45’ front yard setback;

    • Exceed the allowed 40 square feet for front yard exceptions by 30 square feet;

    • Exceed the 3’ front yard line exceptions for entrance canopies by 2’; and

    • Exceed the allowed 20% of the area of the face of that story by 10%.

    Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above. The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance. Thereafter, the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.
