Facility Rental Information

Reservations For Residents and Non-Residents

The pricing for the rooms at the recreation center are dependent on whether you are a member of the recreation center or not, as well as how many people you are looking for space for. Here is a breakdown of the prices:

Member of the Recreation Center:

1 Room which holds up to 50 people: $40/hour

2 Rooms which hold up to 100 people: $70/hour

3 Rooms which hold up to 150 people: $100/hour

Use of the Patio: $15 flat fee

Use of the Kitchen: $20 flat fee

Pool Parties for Members: $65/hour includes the use of the pool and one room

Non-Member of the Recreation Center:

1 Room which holds up to 50 people: $65/hour

2 Rooms which hold up to 100 people: $100/hour

3 Rooms which hold up to 150 people: $130/hour

Use of the Patio: $35 flat fee

Use of the Kitchen: $35 flat fee

Pool Parties for Non-Members: $95/hour includes the use of the pool and one room


Reservations are not considered final or confirmed until full payment is received. Applicant must sign the Rental Contract. By signing the contract, the applicant acknowledges that the Renter is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations.

Reservations are not accepted more than 180 days in advance of the event (excluding entire facility rentals) and no less than 14 days before the event, depending on availability. Credit card information serves as a security deposit and is due on the date that the application is submitted. Payment is due 30 days prior to rental. Failure to receive payment 30 days prior to the event may result in loss of room or charges applied to the credit card provided.
