Lot Split / Consolidation Checklist
Requirements on Drawings
Plan must include the means or method of drainage of storm and sanitary waters.
Submit
10 copies of existing plat. 10 copies of proposed split/consolidation. 10 copies of legal description of each proposed parcel. If request is for more than five lots, this constitutes a subdivision and must go to the Planning Commission.
Fees
$500.00 Submittal Fee + $50.00 per lot involved. Checks payable to City of Seven Hills. MasterCard, Visa, Money Order and Cash are accepted.
